To reinforce our Swiss Market team, covering the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Visual Merchandiser (100%)

JOB PURPOSE

This position will come in support to our Swiss Market team for the fashion Brands (Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Lacoste) and for our Swiss brands (Ebel, Movado).

In this position, you would be the face of the Movado Group with the mission to ensure perfect visual merchandising for our watches and jewelry at the point of sale and provide continuous support to our retailers through regular visits, in store trainings and assortment optimization.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES- On the field (About 90% of your activity)- Ensure perfect visual merchandising across all doors with dynamic presentation and lively windows.-
- Manage implementation of marketing material and insure seasonal refresh of display visuals.-
- Provide brands and products trainings to the sales staff and develop great relationship with them.-
- As the main point of contact for the sales staff, provide daily support and answer of questions.-
- Organize and implement promotions (Pop-up stores) and special window animations in key doors.-
- Collect pictures and provide visit reports of all stores visited, continuously propose actions to improve MGI brands’ presence and visibility at the point of sale.-
- Ensure dynamic flow of information between the shops and the sales team.-
- Backoffice (about 10% of your activity)- Organize POS material shipment to the point of sale.-
- Provide visual merchandising tools (VM guideline, planograms, window simulations, etc.)SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and driven person with a commercial apprentice degree or a degree in graphic design, visual design/art, spatial design, interior design, or a related field.

Required competencies:
- Fluent in German, proficient level in French and/or English- Excellent interpersonal skills (team player, communication, negotiation) and positive attitude- Experience in customer relationship management (i.e., In-store salesperson)- Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker, problem-solving & planning skills.- Good stress management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Rigorous and fast learner- Abilities for project management and problem solving.- Can ideally demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft Office with emphasis on the use of Excel / PowerPoint.- Experience in visual merchandising is a plus, especially in the watchmaking industry.- Willing to travel extensively in Switzerland (more than 80% of time). Car driving license is mandatory.- Your energy and your sense of aesthetics are major assets to succeed in this position.
