Wir suchen einen Territory Manager, der uns hilft, unsere Verkaufserlöse zu steigern und die Kundenbeziehungen innerhalb eines bestimmten geografischen Gebietes aufrechtzuerhalten.

In dieser Position suchen wir eine Person mit herausragenden Organisations
- und Vertriebskompetenzen. Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie ein ausgezeichneter Kommunikator sind, der die Kundenbedürfnisse versteht. Wenn Sie auch zielorientiert und analytisch sind, würden wir uns sehr freuen, Sie kennenzulernen.

Letztendlich werden Sie sicherstellen, dass unsere Kunden zufrieden sind und Sie werden nach Wegen suchen, wie wir unseren Umsatz steigern können.

**Aufgaben**: Entwicklung effektiver Gebietsverkaufs
- und Marketingstrategien
Analyse der Daten, um die effizientesten Verkaufsmethoden zu ermitteln

Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden, um Probleme anzusprechen und Lösungen anzubieten

Ermittlung von Absatzmöglichkeiten durch Verbraucherforschung

Präsentation von Produkten und Dienstleistungen bei potenziellen Kunden

Teilnahme an Industrie
- oder Werbeveranstaltungen (z. B. Messen) zur Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen

Durchführung von Schulungen zu Vertriebstechniken und Produktattributen des Unternehmens

Bewertung der Vertriebsleistung nach KPIs

Überwachung des Wettbewerbs innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region

Vorbereitung und Übermittlung von Berichten an den Sales Director

**Anforderungen**: Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Territory Manager
Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz bei der Steigerung von Umsatz und Ertrag; Erfahrung im Außendienst ist von Vorteil

Fähigkeit, Verkaufsstrategien zu entwickeln und Performance-KPIs zu verwenden

Kenntnisse in MS Office; Vertrautheit mit Salesforce sind von Vorteil

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Organisations

Problemlösungskompetenz

B.Sc./B.A. in Wirtschaft, Marketing oder ähnlichem Bereich
