Rhino Innovation ist ein B2B-Bildungsdienstleister, der Schulen und Unternehmen dabei unterstützt, das unternehmerische Denken und Handeln zu fördern. Unsere Vision ist es, den Unternehmergeist bei möglichst vielen Menschen zu wecken, um langfristigen Wohlstand in unserer Gesellschaft zu sichern.

Dafür kombinieren wir die neuesten Forschungsergebnisse mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung als Unternehmer und modernen, pädagogischen Methoden. In unseren selbst entwickelten Lehrgängen auf Deutsch und Englisch versprechen wir unseren Kunden somit "Edutainment mit Premium-Qualität". Jährlich vermitteln wir gemeinsam mit unserem Dozenten-Team, bestehend aus unternehmerisch tätigen Persönlichkeiten, über 1'000 Berufslernende und Studenten (HF, NDS, MBA) an verschiedenen Schweizer Bildungsinstituten unternehmerisches Wissen aus Theorie und Praxis. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Weiterbildungs-Programme, um bestehende Talente und zukünftige Führungskräfte in Unternehmen zu fördern und dadurch die Innovationskraft innerhalb der Unternehmen zu verbreiten.

Rhino Innovation wächst vom Startup zu einem jungen KMU und sucht zum eingespielten Kernteam eine/n Head fo Sales. Dabei trägst du in einer wachsenden Organisation die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Entwicklung des Corporate-Training-Programme, sowie der Kunden, die daraus entstehen und hast dabei die Möglichkeit, dich am Unternehmen zu beteiligen. Zu deinen spezifischen Aufgaben zählen:
Aufgaben
- Kontinuierliche Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsopportunitäten auf verschiedenen Ebenen der Innovationsförderung
- Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios für Corporate Kunden und selbständige Durchführung der Sales-Prozesse
- Stakeholder Management der bestehenden und neuen Kunden
- Analyse von Markt
- und Branchentrends, um Trends und Veränderungen im Bildungs
- und Talentförderungsbereich antizipieren und nutzen zu können
- Leitung von Corporate Workshops sowie dozieren an Bildungsinstituten

Qualifikation
- Mindestens Bachelorabschluss in Betriebtwirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- 5+ Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Bildungsbereich, einer Corporate Innovationsabteilung oder im Startup Bereich
- Unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit dem Willen Neues zu entwickeln und mitzugestalten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
