**Position summary**

Nestlé Health Science is a globally recognized leader in the science of nutrition, with more than 12,000 employees around the world. The Global Market Access & Pricing Lead will develop and implement global strategies for market access, health economics, and pricing of medical nutrition and medicines. He/she will guide NHSc Markets in pricing and coverage negotiations with payers, manage relationships with decision makers (payers, policy makers), and collaborate with advocates for optimal access. The Global Market Access & Pricing team is aiming for appropriate pricing and market access through solutions bringing value to patients, health care systems, society, and NHSc.

**A day in the life of a Global Market Access & Pricing Lead**
- Contribute to the development of Business Units strategies by providing expertise in pricing, reimbursement, access channels, and health economic & outcomes research perspectives.
- Proactively identify and analyze requirements from reimbursement authorities and payers for successful access, anticipate future trends, and adapt market access plans and value dossiers accordingly.
- Based on key external stakeholders’ insights, develop pricing & access strategy incorporating evidence needs and value propositions, collaborating closely with Business Units.
- Develop and execute economic and patient-outcomes components of Integrated Evidence Plans and ensure that global evidence plans meet local market needs.
- Develop and ensure implementation of Global Pricing Guidance for new launches, working closely with marketing and finance.
- Lead Global advocacy plans for successful access in close collaboration with medical affairs, marketing, regulatory and Markets.
- Generate high-quality health economic arguments through modeling and studies required for optimal value and access and responsible for generating value dossiers and evidence for payers (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, etc.).
- Provide direct support to regional/local Market Access teams in executing market-specific plans.
- Manage effective communication and coordination with SMO functions, R&D, Business Units, Commercial, and Markets and lead Market Access & Pricing Excellence within the organization.

**What will make you successful**
- Ph.D. or MBA level education in a health care decision science field (health economics, decision analysis, epidemiology, outcomes research).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare industry, particularly in Market Access, Pricing, and Reimbursement.
- Experience in gastro-intestinal therapeutic area is an advantage.
- Successful experience in international, cross-functional matrix environments.
- Extensive knowledge of health economics (including modeling) and healthcare systems (including US, EU) for medical nutrition and medicines in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Track record of developing and executing Global Market Access and Pricing strategies, collaborating with R&D and Commercial teams.
- High agility and ability to manage products from different therapeutic areas.
- Creative, solution-driven, and results-oriented.
- Driven team player who effectively collaborates with R&D, SMO functions, Commercial, and Markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
