Du hast vor kurzem dein Studium abgeschlossen, interessierst dich für die Finanzindustrie und suchst ein spannendes Internship im Bereich Strategy und M&A? Unser Business Excellence Team möchte von dir hören

Wir suchen einen klugen, engagierten Kopf mit hoher Teamfähigkeit für ein 6-monatiges Internship bei SIX. Du wirst praxisbezogene Unterstützung in Bezug auf Optimierung und Implementierung leisten, um unsere internationale Strategie in Zusammenhang mit HR auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen. Die Stelle wird in unserem Büro in Zürich angeboten, je nach Situation wirst Du remote von zu Hause arbeiten. Du wirst ausserdem eng mit unseren internen und externen Partnerinnen und Partnern zusammenarbeiten.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Planung, Ausführung und Tracking der Umsetzung eines Veränderungsprojekts
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Workshops
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Verbesserung und Optimierung eines Veränderungsprojekts
- Begleitung an der Führung eines HR Implementierungsprojekts
- ad-hoc-Unterstützung des Business Excellence Teams

**Das bringst du mit**:

- erste Erfahrung Projektmanagement oder Consulting mit einer vor kurzem abgeschlossenen Hochschulausbildung (Bachelor degree)
- Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten, verknüpft mit sehr guten Organisationsfähigkeiten und schnellen Auffassungsgabe
- Kooperationsbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit gutem Zeitmanagement
- Lust auf die Planung und tatsächliche Implementierung von Veränderungen
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
