**Votre rôle**:
En tant que **Business Analyste**, votre mission consistera à prendre en charge l’analyse des besoins dans le cadre des projets de développement informatique pour nos clients. Votre rôle sera d'identifier, de documenter et de comprendre les exigences des utilisateurs, puis de les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles pour l'équipe de développement.

**Principales activités**:

- Éliciter les besoins métiers, en extraire les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles.
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles basées sur les cas d'utilisation et sur des modèles d'entité.
- Accompagner les développements, en apportant du support à une équipe de développement agile.
- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de tests.
- Piloter l'exécution des cas de tests par les parties prenantes.
- Gérer les anomalies de leur détection à la validation de leur correction.
- Collaborer à l'élaboration des études lors des évolutions applicatives.

**Diplômes et expériences professionnelles**:

- Avoir une expérience avérée de 6 ans comme business Analyste.
- Diplôme HES ou licence en informatique ou diplôme d'ingénieur EPF ou diplôme fédéral ou équivalent.
- Certifications en Business Analyse ou Test (ex.**: PSPO, CBAP, ISTQB, IIBA**)

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avérée en élicitation des besoins et priorisation des attentes des clients.
- Capacité à spécifier les exigences métier et systèmes sous forme de cas d'utilisation et de "user stories".
- Expérience confirmée dans une équipe Agile/Scrum (selon **SAFe** ou **SCRUM**).
- Capacité à concevoir et exécuter les tests en utilisant les outils et techniques de test appropriés et en respectant les normes convenues (ex. **XRAY**).
- Pratique d'un outil de gestion de backlog (ex. **JIRA**).
- Capacité à monter en compétences dans un domaine fonctionnel.
- Connaissance de la méthodologie **HERMES **(un plus).
- Excellente communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à s'intégrer et à travailler en équipe, à collaborer et à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Autonomie, responsabilité, adaptabilité et dynamisme.
- Maîtrise du français courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
