**Your role**
- Are you someone who is keen on working in a challenging and diverse environment, supporting clients and stakeholders by meeting regulatory requirements and market deadlines, whilst engaging in problem management and driving process improvements?
- We are looking for someone who wants to:
- work in a team who owns a diverse task portfolio and interacts with functions across regions
- support the proxy voting and shareholder reporting process
- source data for general meetings and facilitates voting instructions/admission cards worldwide
- support client advisors on annual general assemblies
- respond to short notice client or data disclosure requests
- carry out monitoring and control tasks
- suggest and drive process improvements

**Your expertise**
- basic Operations process understanding
- expertise in processing securities transactions, preferably with exposure to Securities Corporate Action processing (Proxy Voting and Shareholder Reporting) would be an asset
- adaptable to working in an international environment and responding to short-notice requests
- able to work under pressure during the high season
- able to identify and drive process improvements
- fluent in English (both speaking and writing skills), German at least B2 level
