**Your role**
- Are you someone who is keen on working in a challenging and diverse environment, supporting clients and stakeholders by meeting regulatory requirements and market deadlines, whilst engaging in problem management and driving process improvements?- Proxy voting is one of the key services provided to our clients. Shareholders communicate whether they want to attend the annual general assembly (UBS and others) by requesting admission tickets and casting their votes against each meeting agenda item. In partnership with an external vendor, a dedicated team manages the process to ensure that the voting process is completed timely.
- We are looking for someone who wants to:
- work in a team that maintains a diverse portfolio and interacts with functions across regions
- support the proxy voting and shareholder reporting process
- carry out monitoring and control tasks
- suggest and drive process improvements
- sourcing data for general meetings
- exercise shareholder's order for proxy votes and ordering admission tickets worldwide
- support client advisors on annual general assemblies
- respond to short notice data disclosure requests (shareholder reporting)
**Your team**
- Our team covers the following key tasks in support of the bank's proxy voting and shareholder reporting processes.- Successful collaboration within our team but also client facing units is key to success.

**Your expertise**
- solid Operations' process understanding
- expertise in processing securities transactions, preferably with exposure to Securities Corporate Action processing (Proxy Voting and Shareholder Reporting)
- adaptable to working in an international environment and responding to short-notice requests
- able to work under pressure during the high season
- fluent in English and German (both speaking and writing skills)
- able to identify and drive process improvements
