Your role

Historically, the payment reminder process has been scattered, and follow-up has been irregular. Integrating debt recovery into the Accounts Receivable department aims to improve liquidity and reduce debtor risk. This role adds value by identifying and correcting inefficiencies to enhance internal processes.

Given the importance of reducing financial costs related to credit lines, it is crucial to continue investing in this process. However, significant support is essential for invoice processing.

**Responsabilities**:
Processing customer invoices
Tracking payments and managing payment reminders
Participating in other accounting and administrative tasks related to the role

**Workload**: 80% - 100%
**Contract Type**: Fixed-term contract of 12 months with the possibility of extension
