**Executive Assistant (Remote, Part-time)**:
This position is for a part-time executive assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO of Creative Capsule GmbH. The CEO is based in Frauenfeld TG. While most of the tasks can be completed remotely, there may be occasional, in-person meetings and working sessions. This person is expected to perform a range of administrative and communication-related functions such as planning, scheduling, executing admin-related projects and keeping records. The schedule is flexible, and tasks usually have sufficient lead time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, schedule, and execute office-related tasks
- Manage payment of bills and prepare expense reports
- Digitalize, organize, and store office documents
- Collaborate with staff in Switzerland, USA and India on projects as required
- Assist in managing calendar, scheduling meetings, booking appointments
- Assist in occasional personal errands and tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English
- Working with confidential financial and HR information
- Experience with written business communications

**Compensation and Working Hours**:
CHF 25-32 per hour, based on qualification and experience. Flexible office hours. Approx. 10 hours per week.
