**Position Summary
**As “ **Brand Manager Nespresso Professional **”, you will lead the Offices & Workplaces marketing strategy (small & medium offices, large offices including operators, coworking spaces), the positioning of the Nespresso Professional brand in the segment and the management of the B2B product portfolio: Professional, Original and Vertuo Lines as well as Nestlé Authorized Brands such as Starbucks & related business driving activities. In this position, you will drive and timely implement the global marketing roadmap as well as the market specific Nespresso differentiated and exclusive direct-to-customer local marketing plan across the entire Offices addressable opportunity.

**A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager Nespresso Professional for the Offices segment
- Lead the segment & product strategy and execute commercial value propositions to further establish Nespresso's credentials and reinforce brand positioning in the Offices & Workplaces segment
- Define and deliver strong initiatives to increase the spontaneous brand awareness and consideration among targets
- Ensure performant & consistent messaging of the value proposition in every touchpoint of the value chain: brand building, lead generation, online, events, sales tools, point of consumption material etc.
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team to drive the Offices & Workplaces business
- Ensure product portfolio consistency between Nespresso & Nestlé Authorized Brands (such as Starbucks) and continuously review the portfolio performance to understand & suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
- Create lead generation campaigns that support Offices’ initiatives and business objectives, including commercial offers in collaboration with the National Offices Sales Manager
- Develop and lead campaigns, new coffee launches and customer activations/promotions to market needs and act as the single point of contact for content richness and messaging performance in every touchpoint
- Establish relationships & collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders and ensure Nespresso presence at key events and touchpoints where our customers and prospects connect
- Reinforce Nespresso's credentials and positioning across relevant points of contact with the target group including industry events, fairs, associations, membership programs, Nespresso events, point of consumption, etc.
- Inspire, empower, coach, and develop the team to excel in their roles while holding them accountable
**What will make you successful
- University degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Development or Marketing role with previous B2B background
- At least 2 years’ experience in leading teams
- Experience in an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in complex project management, managing both internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience as Campaign/Project Manager in a direct-to-consumer organization is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
- German speaker a plus
