Pemsa est une société de recrutement, de gestion et de délégation de personnel spécialisé dans les métiers du bâtiment depuis 35 ans. Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons le profil suivant :_
**Mission**:

- Supervision du département qualité, de l'organisation et de la gestion des moyens matériels et humains (Quick control et machines de mesures optique).
- Assurer la conformité des produits avec les spécifications de production.
- Suivre les performances qualité pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Établir différents indicateurs de performance. (Définir des KPI)
- Planifier et animer des groupes de résolution de problèmes ou d'amélioration et vérifier les résultats des actions mises en place.
- Mettre en place des actions pour réduire les déchets de composants dus à une mauvaise qualité.
- Organiser les audits qualité internes, externes et ceux des fournisseurs (voyages à l’étranger possible).
- Examiner les résultats par rapport aux objectifs fixés.
- Contribuer à l’homologation interne et externe des différents produits.
- Assurer la traçabilité des données internes et externes.
- Encadrer et apporter un soutien technique au personnel.

**Profil**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur HES en mécanique ou microtechnique.
- Expérience confirmée dans le management d'équipe qualité.
- Expérience dans la construction de l’habillage de la montre (boîte, bracelets, fermoirs, etc.).
- Diplômes TQ3 et TQ4, un atout.
