For our People Relations and Services Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for a

***TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER & HR PROFESSIONAL (M/F/X - 100%)**

**Start**: April 2023

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Piloting the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the manager and the HR Business Partner
- Defining the need and creation of the job description/advertisement
- Selecting the right profiles on our internal tool (Success Factors)
- Conducting the interview process and making recommendations to the manager by making use of the Predictive Index (PI)
- Managing every aspect of the administrative HR process
- Establishing all administrative documents throughout the employee’s life
- Close collaboration with our technical payroll team for all administrative topics
- Being the main point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters
- Taking care of the integration of new employees
- Close collaboration with the People Experience Team for employer branding topics, welcome days & recruitment fairs

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Possess a proven previous experience in Human Resources (Administration and/or Recruitment) - at least 2 years
- Strong communication skills which allow you to work/interact with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- At ease with IT tools (Microsoft suite & recruiting/admin systems)
- Interested in the luxury watch business
- Efficient, results-driven, rigorous, agile, creative, and proactive
- At ease in changing and evolving contexts
- Speak fluent English and German
