Wir suchen für unser Tochterunternehmen SAVVY Telematic Systems AG, mit Sitz in Schaffhausen, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Partner/Market Manager (m/w/d) **mit großer Begeisterung für den Vertrieb von IIoT-/SaaS-Plattformen, Big Data Technologien und einem besonderen Talent für den Aufbau unserer Value Added Partners (VAP), verteilt auf der ganzen Welt.

We are looking for a **Partner/Market Manager (M/F/d)** for our subsidiary SAVVY Telematic Systems AG, located in Schaffhausen, as soon as possible with great enthusiasm for the sales of IIoT/SaaS platforms, Big Data technologies and a special talent for building up our Value Added Partners (VAP), distributed all over the world.

Deine Aufgaben / Your Tasks
- Du wirst Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und bist für die Entwicklung und den weiteren Ausbau unseres VAP Netzwerks rund um den Globus verantwortlich.
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für das VAP Netzwerk und unterstützt dieses durch deine IIOT- und Logistikexpertise in kunden
- und marktrelevanten Fragestellungen.
- Du stellst den optimalen Wissenstransfer sicher und führst gemeinsam mit weiteren Knowhow-Trägern Schulungen durch.
- Du unterstützt neu identifizierte VAPs im Aufbau der Vertriebsprozesse und bei der Vorstellung innovativer Telematik und IIoT-Lösungen auf C-Level-Ebene.
- Du vereinbarst Partner-Zielvorgaben gemäß unseren Wachstumszielen und stellst die Zielerreichung kontinuierlich sicher.
- Du unterstützt unseren Marktaufbau und bei Vertriebsaktivitäten unserer internationaler Partner mit Deiner fundierten Expertise. Dabei baust du langfristige, vertrauensvolle Geschäftsbeziehungen auf.
- Du wirkst bei der Anpassung der Produktlösung zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit.
- Du berichtest regelmäßig über Deine Wachstumserfolge bei Management und Stakeholdern.
- Du gehst mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch ans Werk.
- Du baust gemeinsam mit unserem Team unseren neuen Standort in Deutschland auf, vor Ort in Stuttgart bzw. Düsseldorf oder aus Schaffhausen heraus.
- You will be part of our sales team and will be responsible for the development and further expansion of our VAP network around the globe.
- You are the first contact person for the VAP network and support it with your IIOT and logistics expertise in customer and market relevant issues.
- You ensure the optimal knowledge transfer and conduct trainings together with other know-how carriers.
- You support newly identified VAPs in setting up sales processes and presenting innovative telematics and IIoT solutions at C-level.
- You agree partner targets according to our growth objectives and continuously ensure target achievement.
- You support our market development and sales activities of our international partners with your profound expertise. In doing so, you build long-term, trusting business relationships.
