Together, let's shape the future of sourcing and create sustainable competitive advantages for our clients.- As a strategic IT sourcing expert and consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the procurement and sourcing strategies related to IT products and services for our clients.- You will leverage your expertise in IT sourcing to contribute to the overall IT department's goals, cost optimization, and supplier management.- This role requires a strong understanding of IT technologies, market trends, and negotiation skills to ensure efficient and effective procurement of IT solutions.- A strong focus lays also on Spent Analysis and Business Case Creation

That’s the job. Main task at Eraneos- Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies aligned with the clients's overall business objectives.- Conducting the Spent Analysis and building a Business Case for Cost Savings, Simplification- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide strategic sourcing guidance able to manage Stakeholders on Executive Level as well as on Operational level.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential IT suppliers, technologies, and emerging trends and typical areas for cost savings, reducing complexity, increasing Service Excellence and Customer Centricity as well as creating legroom for innovation.- Evaluate and select suppliers together with the client, support in negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure competitive advantage and cost optimization.- Set the governance framework to manage vendor relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and address any issues or disputes and assure contract compliancy.- Monitor and analyze IT market dynamics, such as pricing trends, new product offerings, and supplier capabilities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT procurement policies, procedures, and standards.- Provide guidance and support in vendor selection for IT projects, evaluating supplier proposals, and contract negotiations.- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to suggest innovative sourcing strategies.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the IT sourcing process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings."

This job is for you, if- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.- You have proven experience in Spent Analysis & Business Case development and Financial Engineering- You demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, specifically related to IT products and services, with minimum of 5 years in consulting.- You possess strong knowledge of Business Processes, IT infrastructure & Application Management- You showcase exceptional negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.- You exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess supplier capabilities and market dynamics.- You can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.- You disply robust organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.- You are familiar with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT sourcing and contracts.- You are fluent in German (B2 and above) and English, French is a plus.- You hold professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) are a plus.- You can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
