**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
You will work on the design and integration of solutions and security, particularly with Microsoft solutions, leading you to participate in the following missions:
Supporting clients in deployment projects with modern workplace management solutions (SCCM, Microsoft Intune).
- Analyzing and building the target architecture of the solutions.
- Defining the maintenance strategy for Windows client updates.
- Implementing and optimizing automated deployment strategies via AutoPilot.
- Defining security and compliance strategies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android mobile devices in accordance with current regulations.
- Collaborating with teams responsible for authentication systems, identity management, and other related solutions to ensure seamless integration.
Consulting and Auditing Missions:
- Carrying out design and architecture missions: Taking ownership of the functional specifications of a product or solution to translate them into terms of architecture and technical design.
- Writing specifications or responding to specifications issued by our clients.
- Participating in the definition of the strategy for Workplace management solutions.
- Acting as a technology leader for our clients to provide vision, strategy, and evolution of these solutions.
- Conducting technological monitoring on security, threats, and solutions related to the Workplace.
Technical and/or Functional Documentation:
- Writing user manuals; architecture files, operation, configuration, and setting documents.
With a degree in computer engineering (from a university or similar),
You have **more than 5 years of experience **in the field of Microsoft environments, Windows client management, and have previously held a position in consulting and technological monitoring of these solutions, as well as proven experience **in the field of enterprise mobility management (EMM) and modern workplace management**.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft modern workplace management technologies**:Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), formerly System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune**.
- Understanding of security concepts and protection of the workplace, reducing the attack surface, **"Zero Trust" security**, antivirus/malware protection, vulnerability management, threat detection, and response (EDR, XDR).
- Strong communication skills with clients, ability to analyze and advise.
- Knowledge of user desktop virtualization solutions (Citrix Virtual Desktops, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc.) would be a plus.
Methodical, rigorous, and organized as well as possessing interpersonal skills to work in a team and with clients. Familiar with large account environments (banks, finance, insurance, government organizations are a plus), you have the ability to work independently and are highly proactive.
