**YOUR CHALLENGE**:For the development of new locations, we are looking for a Real Estate Residential Broker/Agent (Partner) 100% (f/m) with several years of experience in a challenging environment to set up a new office in Geneva.
- **Preparation of offers and acquisition of sales and search mandates**:

- **Processing and closing of sales and search mandates**:

- **Expansion and maintenance of customer relations as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events**:

- **Responsibility for the development of a new market area and the establishment and expansion of the new location.**:

- **Monthly analysis of acquisition and sales figures and proposal of measures if necessary**:

- **In collaboration with the supervisor: Define annual targets and set budgets including investments; ensure targets are met.
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **You have several years of sales as well as acquisition experience with demanding clientele and bring with you your own customer base**:

- **You are resident in the relevant region and are well networked**:

- **You have a commercial education and further education in the real estate business is an advantage**:

- **You have an empathic and communicative nature with a winning, confident manner**:

- **You enjoy contact with people and expanding the existing network of contacts**:

- **You are proactive, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and passion**:

- **Solid French, good English skills, German an advantage
