Our client an international company based in Geneva and active in the beauty and cosmetics industry is looking for a
TRAINING SUPPORT - TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE
for a 3 months mission
starting ASAP
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
Reporting directly to the training Team
LOGISTICS
- order all novelties to Geneva for training team
- order testers, products for all trainings
- ship bags, pens, etc from Geneva to training locations
- order all disposables for our MU and Skincare brands
- order/ship any other materials needed for trainings (collaterals, deco)
- maintain and tidy training stock in Geneva (cupboards, underground storage)
- Support to the training manager in the organization of the events online/offline and logistics.
MATERIALS
- innovation handout preparation (ppt)
- other presentations preparation when needed
ADMINISTRATIVE
- manage printouts, booklets with printers and agencies
- compile pictures for reports, upload on shared drive
- upload all training materials on shared drive for TM and RS usage
- manage lab samples distribution to all RS
OTHERS
- post training courses on WLB
- any admin tasks related to conference, e-conference
**PROFIL ATTENDU:
- Strong collaboration required.
- Strong analytic and excel skills.
- Sharp organization skills - able to make the complex simple.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Language: Fluent English & French.
- University Graduate, Economy or business related.
- Experience in sales, trade marketing, and Beauty & Travel Retail experience a plus.

- Work with a variety of people from various business and cultural background.
- Build relationships at corporate and store level.
