For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Administrative Professional

**Background**:
The Pharma Communications team leads all communications within the Pharma division and partners closely with other Group Communications teams to create the biggest possible impact for internal as well as external stakeholders. In scope are e.g. product and portfolio communications, PT communication, Pharma International communications as well as strategic communications.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Calendaring and meeting management
- Lead the coordination & execution of internal standing team meetings
- Lead the coordination & execution of team’s offsite and onsite meetings and events
- Provide general administrative support to Partnering assigned members (such as travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation etc)
- Support internal communication (maintain gSites, coordinate newsletters, manage RocheHome channels, create and publish news, publish videos on Webcast&Video Portal)

**Must Haves**:
Associates degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a demanding administrative position supporting Senior Management
- Experience in handling highly confidential or sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Fluent in English, good verbal and written communication skills, German is a plus
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ideally, familiarity with Roche processes and tools
