**Overview**

As a UX Designer at Jotbome, you will not only shape the user experience of our flagship product, Hirematic, but also work diligently to enhance the experience of our customers and partners. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will go beyond designing a captivating user interface to designing experiences that meet and exceed the expectations of our entire ecosystem. As a result, you will leverage your expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, to help us deliver a world-class experience that sets us apart from the competition.

**Who you are**
- You have a strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
- You are passionate about design and product development while constantly looking for ways to improve it with a user-centric mindset
- You have a proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process.
- You are proficient in using Figma
- You have the ability to work in an agile environment and adapt this to the product development requirements
- You have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- You are self-motivated and results-oriented: show initiative in proactively finding and solving problems
- You are a business-focused, innovative, inspired, efficient, and constructive team player
- You have good written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills

**What you will do**
- Conduct user research and gather insights to deeply understand the needs and pain points of our customers and partners.
- Develop a holistic understanding of the end-to-end user journey, identifying opportunities to optimize the experience at each touchpoint.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that address the needs and goals of all stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design concepts with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with our customer success team to understand the challenges and goals of our customers and partners, translating them into actionable design solutions.
- Continuously gather feedback from all stakeholders, including conducting usability testing and analyzing data, to iterate and improve the experience over time.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and libraries that encompass the needs of our users, customers, and partners, fostering consistency and cohesiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, ensuring our product remains at the forefront of user experience excellence.
