As part of the development of our R&D activities, to support and promote further our Competence Center, we are looking for a:
**Project Assistant R&D (M/F)**

In this new, exciting position you’ll support and assist the leader of the R&D Competence Center in the further development of R&D activities at group level, such as:

- Communicate actively throughout the company and the group about all R&D activities and projects particularly through the organisation of internal meeting to initiate, motivate and support Lombardi personnel in participating or launching research projects.
- Follow-up of ongoing research projects and support the project manager in the communica-tion of achievements and results on our internal and external platforms (intranet, homepage as well as social media channels).
- Monitor and check worldwide calls with relevance for the Lombardi Group for potential re-search projects and contact potential research partners (industry, university etc.).
- Support and promote internal research ideas and activities by preparing presentations for internal communication and approval and for external presentation at congresses and events.

- Completed higher education in the field of business management, communication, or hu-man related sciences.
- A flair for numbers, technical world and project management are skills you can rely on.
- Previous experience in international bidding and research calls are welcome.
- Entrepreneurship, strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a natural ability to motivate and engage with others complete your profile.
- You speak fluently German or Italian and are fluent in English. Every other language is an advantage.
