You will join a young and diverse digital innovation team and take the lead in turning concepts into market-ready products and services.
**Job Description**:
- Lead one of Gerresheimer’s key innovation projects focusing on item-level traceability and data exchange with customers and other parties in the value chain
- This includes strategic work such as sharpening the business model, go to market strategies and building and maintaining partnerships
- It also includes project management tasks such as budget responsibility and allocation, defining project plans and work packages and setting up the right team consisting of different Gerresheimer business units and external development partners
- Gather market feedback to iterate from our showcase solution to pilot implementation in one of our factories
- You work closely with our process and quality experts at multiple Gerresheimer production sites as well as product owner and development team
- Also, you intensify and shape the collaboration with the “Smart Factory” and IT people who work on digitizing and standardizing our production sites
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing software projects in the field of Industry 4.0, e.g in the role of project manager, digital consultant, business analyst or similar
- Experience and strong interest in Industry 4.0, IIoT, Pharma supply chain and blockchain
- Relevant certificate(s) or education in the field of project management or agile software development
- To perform in our startup-like environment you need a strong entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility and the willingness to take responsibility beyond your main tasks
- You enjoy communication with different stakeholders incl. top management, soft
- and hardware development, production, IT, marketing and communications and sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably in German
