Skills and experiences

  • Consulting Prowess: Proven consulting skills with significant client-facing experience.
  • Learning Enthusiast: Passion for continuous learning, coupled with sharp business acumen and stellar time management.
  • Expectation Management: Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience managing and leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is advantageous.

What you will do

  • Overall project planning, control and independent management of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
  • Central point of contact for solving all customer and employee challenges.
  • Control & management of project goals (budget, deadlines, project quality).
  • Compilation of the leadership and management of the project teams on a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
  • Supporting the sales team in the preparation of offers for potential and existing customers.
  • Methodical responsibility in agile implementation of projects according to Avanade methodology.
