Event & Sponsoring Manager

Ces deux domaines attendent d'être développés en permanence grâce à vos idées et à votre capacité de mise en œuvre.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Vous êtes en charge de la conception, de la planification, de la réalisation, de la gestion et du suivi d'événements physiques et virtuels en Suisse alémanique, en Suisse romande et au Tessin
- Vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la budgétisation et du suivi de la performance (KPI reporting) des activités de live marketing
- Vous conceptualisez des événements en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et en adéquation avec les objectifs commerciaux et de positionnement
- Vous développez et implémentez des évènements tels que conférences économiques, événements sportifs et artistiques, voyages entrepreneuriaux, etc.
- Vous développez de nouveaux partenariats de sponsoring de manière ciblée
- Vous menez les négociations avec les fournisseurs/partenaires externes, assurez la gestion des offres et des contrats qui y sont liés et surveillez le budget

**Anforderungen**:
Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure en marketing et communication (brevet fédéral, DAS ou MAS) et disposez d'une expérience avérée en gestion d'événements et/ou dans le sponsoring dans le secteur de la finance, du luxe ou de l'hôtellerie. Vos capacités de réflexion stratégique, créative et proactive vous permettent d'identifier et d'exploiter de nouvelles opportunités. Vous démontrez une expertise indéniable en gestion de projets et possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles. De langue maternelle française ou allemande, vous avez de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue.
