**Job Purpose**
As our new Global Product Portfolio Manager Biomaterials, you will be a part of our highly motivated, commercially driven and scientifically top-notch team. In this exciting and versatile role, you will have the responsibility for driving and implementing the product portfolio strategy in alignment with the organization's overall strategy. In close cooperation with our Regenerative Solutions Managers, Regional Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Operations, you will be playing a crucial part in worldwide market introductions of new products, ensuring sustainable growth of existing products and smooth phase out of end-of-life products.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develop a deep understanding of customer’s workflows and their needs, as well as of the competitive landscape & offerings.
- Ensure global product availabilities (in line with our portfolio strategy) throughout the entire product lifecycle in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and with our suppliers.
- Ensure global product / solution offerings through our traditional and digital sales channels.
- Proactively monitor portfolio profitability and propose necessary actions to address top
- and/ or bottom-line improvements.
- Together with Product Managers, drive the portfolio branding, including also the creation of marketing collaterals in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensure support from our suppliers.
- Ensure the proper use of marketing claims for the products and solutions in agreement with our suppliers and internals stakeholders.

**Profile**
Education & Experiences
- Higher education (Master or PhD) in natural sciences e.g. engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, medical technology, or alike.
- 3 or more years of experience in product management in a highly regulated environment, preferably in the medical device industry; ideally in the dental field and experienced with regenerative solutions / biomaterials.
- 2 or more years of experience in development of digital sales channels / digital marketing.
- Additional education in business administration or marketing is a plus.

Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and result orientation, broad intellectual curiosity and general interest.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a must; any further languages are certainly an asset.
