Contracts Counsel

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Support business customers by drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer and vendor contracts.
- Contracts review tasks include:

- Properly identifying the correct legal entity and the correct signatories to contracts.
- Reviewing business and legal provisions within the agreement to ensure they conform to the agreed terms.
- Drafting and revising contracts to conform to company standards and legal department policies.
- Acronis has a lot of interesting work related to other entry-level legal matters that the employee could handle with some supervision at first, and then independently once she/he has developed the proper skill set to handle these tasks independently.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Prior contracts review and negotiation experience is preferred.
- Experience in a law firm, legal department, software or high-tech company is preferred, but not required.
- Previous sales experience (dealing with customers) is highly preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials, with a Juris Doctor or LLM from a US or foreign accredited university, and in the US, admission to a bar, required.
- Ability to effectively deal with a high-volume work-load, rapid cycles, multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines, and changing priorities, with flexibility to work outside of business hours with geographically dispersed colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Quick learner, with the eagerness to grow and become independent.
- Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
