An Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant you provide high level and comprehensive administrative support for several of the organization’s executives. It requires a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s procedures and people. Within this dynamic position, you have the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Your main duties:
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation and catering.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as presentation and spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
**Qualifications**:
What we are looking for:
- Business Administration Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years’ experience working in a multi-cultural and international corporate environment.
- Fluent French & English, other languages are a plus
- Experience in Travel and Expense systems (e.g. Concur) is a plus.
- Multi-tasker who is resourceful and can prioritize work with strong initiative
- Ability to anticipate and plan
- Work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- High accountability and learning skills
