At a Glance:
You will be Driving the DTC GTM strategy, as well as the Programs roadmap together with your team. We are looking for a self-driven personality that is able to bring a lot digital marketing and program management expertise to the team. In this role it’s crucial to be both, hands on when it comes to growth hacking, but also having a strategic long term thinking. You’re ultimate goal is it to build out and drive the Member Program and bring campaign, porgrams and product efforts together by collaborating with the product owners, marketing leads and brand strategists as well as channel specialists. With a digital background, you will contribute to a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, turning your insights into growth initiatives for increased performance. The position is based in Zurich and you will be part of the digital marketing leadership team.

Your Team:
As you might expect from a running brand, the E-Commerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed - what else?

Your Mission:

- Own the global DTC Go-To-Market strategy and alignment across marketing leads and regional leads
- Drive the member strategy by interacting with product owner, CRM, strategy and the onsite merchandising & optimization team.
- Build and manage the membership roadmap to support the goals and strategy based on the needs and different stakeholders.
- Lead the DTC Programs & Campaigns team, set KPI, drive digital campaigns and programs by enable individuals to perform at their best
- Own the DTC campaign production budget
- Accountable for the success and growth of digital consumer-facing campaigns and the strategic planning as well as hands-on enablement.
- Keeping a pulse on KPIs and provide recommendations and drive initiatives to get to results.
- Lead the team and enable them to perform at their best
- Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders and partners to ensure they are well-informed of Global DTC Omnichannel strategies and priorities
- Develop business case creation and approval process, identify essential performance indicators (KPIs) and manage and track success of project

Your Story:

- At least 6 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing, Program Management and Go to Market
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role and demonstrated skills in establishing and leading diverse high performing teams
- Proven experience in owning KPIs, budget and driving growth
- Proven experience in driving long term initiatives; member/loyalty program, circular innovation projects or alike
- You have an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset that contributes to the success of On and are comfortable to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment with multiple projects at one time
- You have exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills working effectively across cross-functional teams with digital marketers, growth teams, designers, engineers, data scientists and content editors
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and a good grasp of what role each channel manget owns.
- Self-driven personality that is determined to embrace a new challenge and is committed to continuous learning
