**Cloud Infrastructure Manager**:

The IS Cloud Infrastructure Manager supervises a team of technical professionals that are responsible for IS Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery and end-to-end service performance of the IT Domain. Closely interacts with service delivery manager of the service provider to ensure regular and consistent reporting of operational performance to the Service Owner.

Service Owner Infrastructure Cloud

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports complex, diverse global infrastructure environment.
- Deliver End-to-End service value in complex landscape including global and local IS services.
- Assure active cooperation of the managed team with other IT Domain teams as well as other groups (CX, SPEX, Capabilities etc.)
- Actively contribute to the transition phase related to the changes taking place in ABB's IS dictated by the RIO and Foundation Excellence programs
- Being prepared for change in the IS technology according to Architecture Roadmap
- Ability to constantly increase the added value to the service provided and face global challenges on quality and speed of delivery
- Ability to work and to challenge external vendors in full managed service configuration
- Facing strategic challenges with rapidity and technical intuition
- Manage multiple high value 3rd party vendor global contracts to assure highest service quality and optimize the cost
- Handling stringent budget constraints responsibility, optimize spend where possible
- Being compliant with internal and external regulations, policies, standards (SOX, InfoSec, Data Privacy, Export controls, license management, Architec-ture etc.)
- Support business-driven projects
- Support ABB strategy (e.g. M&A)

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
- ITIL 4 foundation certification requiredAdvanced Technical Certifications rele-vant to the assigned IS server infrastructure preferred
- Cloud Technologies certifications
- One of Below Cloud Certifications:

- Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect
- Google Certified Professional Data Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
