**Résumé de la position**
En tant que
**Account Manager HoReCa**, vous serez responsable d’un portefeuille de clients dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie, la restauration, cafés sur le secteur de Genève. A ce titre, vous serez en charge de développer les relations avec les clients existants et d’attirer de nouveaux clients en accord avec la stratégie commerciale et Marketing de Nespresso.
**Une journée dans la vie d’un(e) Account Manager HoReCa**
- Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux convenus pour votre secteur géographique
- Identifier les opportunités commerciales dans la région de Genève
- Acquérir de nouveaux clients en suivant les directives de vente Nespresso pour la clientèle B2B
- Fidéliser la clientèle existante par des visites régulières et optimiser les ventes par des actions marketing & commerciales ciblées
- Assurer un reporting précis et régulier de votre activité (hebdomadaire / mensuel)
- Sensibiliser les clients sur la durabilité des produits et toute autre thématique importante pour la marque
- Être l’ambassadeur de la marque Nespresso lors d’évènements spécifiques au secteur de la gastronomie
**Ce qui fera votre réussite**
- Entre 3 et 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle réussie dans une position similaire et dans un environnement de vente sur le terrain
- Expérience solide dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients dans le domaine HoReCa
- Habilité à délivrer des résultats et à atteindre les objectifs
- Capacité à travailler en toute autonomie à distance tout en respectant les directives de l’entreprise
- Forte orientation satisfaction client
- Français obligatoire
- De bonnes connaissances en allemand ou en anglais
- Aisance dans l’utilisation des outils Microsoft
