**Position Summary**

As a
**Legal Counsel for NESA BGS**, you will be responsible for ensuring legal guidance & comprehensive legal support, contract management, corporate legal support and other legal administrative supporting activities to the Senior Legal Counsel and to all NESA BGS business departments, to contribute as an integral part of the business process to the long-term, sustainable value creation of NESA BGS, and legal risk mitigation.

**A Day in the Life of a Legal Counsel for BGS**
- Provide legal advice & input on various legal matters, as they may occur in the context of NESA BGS' business activities: including, but not limited to drafting, reviewing, negotiating & analysing various types of contracts (Distribution, Purchasing, Supply, Confidentiality, Services, Manufacturing Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Intent, General Commercial Terms, etc.)
- Provide corporate legal support by:

- Conducting legal studies on various legal matters, incl. to ensure legal compliance of NESA BGS' business activities
- Reviewing and analysing Nestlé policies and/or applicable laws and prepare written briefs, as needed
- Preparing training sessions and other presentations, based on instructions
- Support the accurate management of NESA BGS’ authorized signatories
- Updating the standard legal templates for BGS and manage an appropriate database in this regard
- Provide legal administrative support by:

- Accurate management of all contracts signed by NESA BGS in the relevant contracts' database during their life cycle
- Assisting in handling various legal documents of NESA BGS and manage the procedures for their signing, notarization, legalization and/or certification, as needed
- Management and updating of the legal efficiency tools, incl. DocuSign accounts, Legal SharePoint, etc.

**What will make you successful**
- Legal degree
- 2-5-year experience as a (junior) lawyer within a legal environment, in a multicultural or multinational environment context
- Highly organized with ability to work with little or no supervision, self-motivation and discipline
- Precise and detailed-oriented, dynamic and analytical
- Ability to perform well under pressure with good sense of urgency, to prioritize& meet deadlines
- Results-oriented, open to innovation and diversity
- Ability to quickly identify issues and address them
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dissemination of information
- Fluent in English (written and oral); knowledge of the French language an asset
