BioTalent are partnering with a thriving private medical device company based in **Geneva, Switzerland**

They are seeking an accomplished **National Sales Director **who will be responsible for managing a small team and optimising client portfolios to help grow the business

**This role will offer you**:

**You will be responsible for**:

- Leading a team of sales managers and product specialists with different client portfolios.
- Providing strong orthopedic/neuro/spine expertise.
- Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies.
- Provide training to medical personnel on company products.
- Ensure the company is regulation-compliant and the team abides by internal processes.
- Be the company representative at international and national conventions, conferences, etc.

**You will bring the following**:

- Strong commercial experience in the medical sector in Switzerland
- 10+ years in sales and/or marking in the medical technology industry
- Robust knowledge about the spine market and confidence in operating rooms
- Sound experience dealing with KOLs
