**This position reports to**:
Senior Finance Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
As a Cluster Finance Manager, Robotics, Eastern Europe you will: - Acts as a business partner to relevant business manager and coordinate local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within Cluster. - Ensure/implement appropriate processes in all areas (e.g. full cost reviews, contract reviews, forecast reviews, hedging procedures, guarantees, remunerations, cost center follow up, cost allocations - Drive Business Performance Management (Demand Order budgeting and forecasting process) - Lead the yearly budgeting process as well as the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting. Lead monthly business reviews and provide forward looking financial estimation within Cluster - Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations - Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures - Lead, control and supervise order handling activities and teams within Cluster. Ensure that their area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed - Ensure cost efficient operation of order handling activities - Implement local and group order handling processes and tools and ensure regular reporting - License to Operate: Ensures compliance with standards, regulations, and guidelines. Implements and ensures compliance with ABB Code of Conduct, global standards, tools, policies and processes. Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Master's degree in any related field
- Strong Financial background at least 12 years experience
- Experience in accounting, business controlling, sales support area and related fields
- High business acumen, customer focus, priority setting
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- English language fluent
