As an experimented FDM, you will partner with our perfumers to design superior and differentiating fragrance creation and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead fragrance development for a major client in Body Care, addressing both reactive and proactive briefs across categories.
- Support Sales through presentations, brand servicing, and customer engagement.
- Drive business growth by creating an olfactive vision, developing winning fragrances, and optimizing portfolios per European regulations.
- Collaborate with perfumers and technical teams to deliver high-performance, safe fragrances for skin care, deodorants, and shower gels.
- Leverage internal tools (Consumer Insight, Technical Innovation) to enhance cross-category performance and identify market trends.
- Promote team collaboration and share insights to support common goals and category synergies.

**You bring**:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in Body Care evaluation.
- Expertise in skin care and deodorant segments, with knowledge of European regulatory affairs.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Agile, flexible, curious, with a growth mindset and drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, both internally and externally.
- German and/or French will be a plus, with a strong team spirit and experience-sharing mindset.
