**EUROPE EVENTS & VISUAL MERCHANDISING PROJECT MANAGER**:
**WE RECRUIT**:
This role will serve as a bridge between HQ team and the market teams, to ensure the global strategy of Events and VM is deployed in Europe and all markets.
Under the supervision of the Head of Marketing Europe, he/she will be responsible for the perfect execution of all events taking place in markets and all visual merchandising elements, while maintaining the Maison’s image and communications strategies.
Your ability and skills to deliver client centric activations will set you up for success in this business-critical function.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
**EVENTS**
- Build and maintain the annual corporate event portfolio and calendar.
- Lead all main elements of the production on major European events.
- Work with local teams on large events: sourcing of venues, fabrication & technical direction, catering & hospitality, and other event-related services, with agency partners and external vendors
- Assist & support local markets in the execution of smaller events, providing tools, best practices and feedbacks
- Project management of cross-functional teams and projects including timelines setting, control and communication
- Report on results of all events, and be force of proposition to improve with HQ and markets
- Control & optimize the overall budget, ensuring the respect of allocated budgets, while anticipating risks & opportunities
**VISUAL MERCHANDISING**
- Ensure the roll out of ongoing VM guidelines across the network (Boutiques and wholesalers) and for all POS (displays, counters etc..)
- Monitor boutique openings, with the support of local teams on site
- Onboard and accompany local teams in the changes of all PLV elements and rotation of thematics-lightboxes
- In charge of all POS materials, coordinating orders at regional level, by anticipating and optimizing business needs
- Track all maintenance tasks needed in Boutiques
- Controlling of the VM budgets for direct management and HQ
- Be the main point of contact between HQ and markets on all VM related topics
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in a marketing function, in Events and VM
- Fluent in English is mandatory. French is a plus
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner
- Robust organizational skills
- Able to manage complexity and multiple projects simultaneously
