Bonding Process Engineering

Per nostro stimato cliente, attivo nel settore della produzione elettronica, ricerchiamo un Bonding Process Engineering.
- interfacciarsi con l'Ufficio Tecnico durante la fase di miglioramento/modifica prodotti, in fase di start-up nuovi prodotti e con la Produzione per problemi/miglioramenti sulle produzioni correnti (scarti, tempo ciclo, ecc...)
- studiare e migliorare i processi e le attrezzature in coordinamento con Ufficio tecnico, Qualità e Produzione mediante studi, ricerce tecniche, prove, analisi e sperimentazione.
- Responsabile della gestione di eventuali cambi di materia prima e padroneggiare le caratteristiche delle paste/resine per die-attach, glob top, conformal coating, coating selettivo.
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di wire bonding (wedge bonding e ball bonding)
- padroneggiare le macchine per tecnologie chip & wire (funzionamento, set-up, parametri di lavoro, handling)
- padroneggiare forni e processi di polimerizzazione/curing
- conoscere l'influenza dei parametri indiretti (umidità, temperatura, condizioni limite di utilizzo) sul processo chip & wire
- conoscere cause di scarto e effettuare indagini predittive
- compilare e coordinare le attività del Piano d'omologazione di macchine/attrezzature
- seguire la parte técnica di valutazione, ordine, installazione e messa in produzione di una macchina/attrezzatura
- ricercare nuove tecnologie produttive, testarne l'applicabilità e valutarne i benefici.
- Collabora con Ufficio tecnico, Qualità e Produzione nella stesura dei capitolati macchina
- Partecipa alle P-FMEA e D-FMEA in relazione alle sue competenze specifiche
- In applicazione della logica APQP partecipa a team multidisciplinari di progetto/commessa
- In base alle competenze accumulate, fornisce indicazioni utili al compimento di scelte tecniche strategiche per l'ideazione e lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti
- Cura la realizzazione e messa a punto dei prototipi
- Favorisce l'integrazione e lo scambio di informazioni fra le funzioni coinvolte, sia interne che esterne all'azienda e gestisce le interazioni e i rapporti con i fornitori
- Collabora al raggiungimento dei livelli qualitativi stabiliti, nell'ottica dello "scarto zero". Osserva ed applica le procedure interne e i principi del Sistema Qualità, secondo i diversi standard qualitativi conseguiti dall'azienda
- Collabora al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e dei traguardi ambientali fissati, svolgendo le proprie attività in modo coerente con la politica ambientale adottata dall'azienda
- Crea e/o collabora alla creazione e aggiornamento della documentazione (PPT) legata ai processi/macchine di sua competenza
- Rispetta le disposizioni in materia di igiene, salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
- Ottempera al Contratto Collettivo di Lavoro e al regolamento interno.
Requisiti:
- Titolo di studio: Laurea in ingegneria elettronica / Maturità técnica elettronica
- Precedenti esperienze in questa posizione sono un plus
- Lingue: Inglese/Tedesco (preferibile)
- Buona dimestichezza con i sistemi informatici (pacchetto Office, SAP)
- Spirito d'iniziativa e curiosità nella ricerca di nuove soluzioni e ultime tecnologie disponibili sul mercato.
