Duties & Responsibilities

Telephone switchboard for Mendrisio and support for other locations Reception of customers Registration of entries and exits Organisation of reception, meeting rooms, sorting incoming, and outgoing mail Searching and booking flights, taxis, and hotels HR and Logistics support

Required education, experience, knowledge

Diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken Good German knowledge is highly recommended
