Du bist ein/e leidenschaftliche/r Online-Shopper/in mit einem digitalen Mindset und Erfahrung im Produkt-Management? Du liebst es, digitale Produkte zu entwickeln und zu optimieren? Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in, die/der unser Produkt auf die nächste Stufe bringt.

Tasks

In deiner Rolle als Digital Product Manager wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform einnehmen. Deine Aufgaben beinhalten:

- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Plattform
- Spezifikation von Aufgaben für unser Front
- und Backend-Entwicklerteam sowie Erstellen von Mockups für unseren UX-Designer
- Mitentwicklung der SEO-Strategie und Umsetzung von SEO-Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit einer SEO Agentur
- Durchführung von Tests und Implementierung neuer Features
- Erste Ansprechpartner/in für unser internationales Entwicklerteam

Wir suchen eine proaktive, selbständige Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und sich durch eine analytische Denkweise auszeichnet. Du hast eine Leidenschaft für digitale Trends und Technologien und bist bestrebt, immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben. Du schätzt die Arbeit in einem dynamischen und sich schnell entwickelnden Umfeld und freust dich darauf, unsere Plattform mit deinen innovativen Ideen aktiv mitzugestalten.

**Requirements**:

- Mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Bereich Product Management und/oder Digital Marketing idealerweise mit Fokus auf E-Commerce
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder IT
- Gute Kenntnisse in SEO und technischen Aspekten von digitalen Plattformen
- Umfangreiches technisches Know-How
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
