Quality & Safety Compliance Leader

Qui tu es
- Tu as de l'expérience de travail dans la logistique et plus précisément en tant que cariste.
- Tu as une bonne compréhension de la sécurité et de la qualité dans le monde logistique et as idéalement déjà occupé un poste à responsabilité (coordinateur ou team leader).
- Tu sais établir la confiance et communiquer de manière claire et ciblée avec différentes personnes dans diverses situations.
- Tu aimes faire bouger les choses avec flexibilité, rapidité et simplicité.
- Tu peux travailler aux heures matinales et tardives de la journée (par exemple dès 22 heures du soir ou 5 heures du matin) du lundi au samedi.
- Tu communiques facilement et clairement en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).

A quoi ressemble une journee avec nous ?
- Tu mets en œuvre la méthode de travail "Détecter-Corriger-Reporter" pour la qualité de l'approvisionnement dans toutes les parties de la logistique.
- Tu appliques une approche de tolérance zéro envers la marchandise non conforme à nos exigences et envers des potentiels risques liés à la manutention ou le stockage de la marchandise.
- Tu es l'ambassadrice ou l'ambassadeur de la meilleure perception possible de la qualité pour notre clientèle et les partenaires commerciaux en exécutant correctement les processus de flux de marchandises, en gardant à l'esprit la disponibilité perçue par nos clientes et clients.
- Tu vas former nos collaboratrices et collaborateurs dans la conduite sûre des engins (chariots élévateurs). Si tu ne l'as pas encore fait jusque là, nous assurons ta formation de formatrice ou formateur.
