**CONTEXTE & MISSION**:
Tu feras partie de l’équipe Spa Central - composée d’experts en Marketing et Communication, Trade Marketing, Business Development et Développement de protocoles de soins spa - dont l’objectif est de démocratiser le bien-être et de faire rayonner l’expertise Spa L’OCCITANE sur tous les points de contact de la marque (boutiques, digital, wholesale, hotels, presse etc), et de contribuer à l’élévation de la marque à travers des expériences holistiques et multisensorielles aux bénéfices sur le bien-être prouvés scientifiquement.

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**:

- Participer à la création et à l’animation de contenu de communication (réseaux sociaux (Instagram & LinkedIn), presse, site web et newsletter)
- Contribuer au développement et au suivi des outils marketing institutionnels et opérationnels (guidelines, templates, présentations, brief graphisme etc )
- Consolider et analyser les KPI’s de visibilité et d’animation (parutions presse, réseaux sociaux, site web, actions cross-marketing)
- Contribuer à nourrir notre stratégie globale en surveillant les tendances du secteur du spa et du bien-être et les meilleures pratiques des concurrents.

**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:

- Etudiant/e en Ecole, Haute-Ecole, Université dans le domaine du Marketing, Management ou de la Communication (niveau Bachelor ou Master) disposant d'une** convention de stage tripartite (obligatoire)**,
- Français courant et bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit,
- Compétences rédactionnelles solides pour la réalisation de supports marketing,
- Maitrise du Pack Office (PPT & Excel) et des réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram),
- La connaissance de la Suite Adobe et Google Analytics est un plus,
- Compétences analytiques,
- Polyvalence, flexibilité, créativité, attitude pro-active, sens de l'organisation et des priorités, rigueur et respect des deadlines, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches différentes en même temps,
- Team-player avec de bonnes capacités relationnelles,
- Connaissance de l’industrie cosmétique, hôtelière et spa est un plus

**DATES DE STAGE**: Janvier 2025 pour 6 mois (temps plein)
