Intern - Investor Relations Private Equity

**Your team**:
- Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment specialist with expertise in hedge funds, private equity and global real estate. The Geneva
- and London-based team constructs, manages and advises on portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.- The Group has strong development ambitions for PAA for the coming years, notably to expand its product offering to include additional asset classes and to further develop its institutional client base.
In view of this development, you will join the Multi Manager PE Investor Relations team, team of 4 professionals.**Your role**:
- Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations and based in Geneva, the role will involve assisting with the marketing and distributing Private Equity investment solutions, as well as client servicing. You will in particular be:
- Assisting in servicing private and institutional clients invested in private equity;
- Helping in organizing the launch and promotion of new products;
- Assisting in the monitoring of client relationships and building relevant reporting and analysis;
- Assisting in preparing a range of marketing documents for both internal and external clients;
- Contributing to the design and management of projects, including data collection and market research.
**Your profile**:
- University degree in Finance or Economics (or qualification deemed equivalent).
- Is a plus: previous experience in an investor relations department / client servicing role, acquired in internships or jobs with an asset manager or private equity fund and experience creating marketing presentations and pitchbooks for complex financial products.
- Fluency in French and English, any other language is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude.
- Outstanding people and communication skills.
- Driven, with a desire to achieve results and a willingness to help others attain their goals.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
In addition, you will have a proactive attitude towards your work, a desire to learn, as well as a proven interest in private equity investing. You will also be responsible, highly motivated and eager to become part of a young, dynamic and international team.
