We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented person as a team player for our internal recruitment team, ready to start immediately or as soon as possible and ready to work remotely.

**Sales-Manager; Recruiter (f/m)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for the identification, acquisition of potential customers and for building relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners;
- You advise our customers on all recruiting topics and understand their talent needs;
- You are responsible for the sourcing, identification, and selection of highly qualified specialists from finance, healthcare, IT and other sectors;
- Other ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks and management of records.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or completed business or technical education;
- First experience in recruiting and account management/business development;
- Ideally, you have already customers, which you are willing to continue to support;
- Good knowledge of social media;
- Fluent in English, German and Russian, knowledge of other languages such as French is a plus;
- You are a great communicator and like to approach people;
- You are able to understand complex issues rapidly;
- Readiness to work in a small, family team;
- EU-passport or a valid working permit in Switzerland is a must.
