**FX/PM Forwards and Swaps Trader**:
**Description**:
T&T provides liquidity and trading advice across the full spectrum of asset classes, namely currencies, derivatives, commodities, equities and bonds. The division offers clients the best possible market access by seeking out liquidity pools, wherever available, across a wide range of markets and counterparties. **Mission**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an FX/PM Forwards and Swaps Trader.

**Challenges**:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing, managing trading activities and generating revenues to reach the objective defined by the bank.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Trade Execution: Execute trades in FX and PM forwards and swaps markets, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trading opportunities and develop trading strategies.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk exposure, implement risk mitigation strategies, and adhere to risk limits.
- Nostro Optimization: Actively manage and optimize the FX and PM nostro to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including risk management, research, and compliance, to ensure alignment with overall trading objective
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact FX and PM markets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, keeping abreast of industry regulations.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on trading performance, book metrics, and adherence to risk parameters.

**Education**:

- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: A bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Technical skills: Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and relevant financial softwar

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: +10 : senior
- Experience required: Experience: Proven experience as an FX/PM trader, with a successful track record in term of PnL/performance. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data. Risk Management: Solid understanding of risk management principles and the ability to make informed decisions to mitigate risk.
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
