Laboratory and Qc Manager

I have a new and exciting role for a **Laboratory and QC Manager** You will be in charge of creating a smooth lab operation all while complying to GLP standards and local health & safety regulations.

You will be responsible for:

- Educating laboratory personnel on GLP documentation practices, oversee lab documentations, and retrain personnel as necessary
- Understanding the regulations and business processes required to maintain laboratory data integrity

What you will offer:

- BS, MS or PhD in biotechnology, pharmaceutics, chemistry or a related field.
- 5 years (for a PhD) to 10 years (for a BS) of biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
- experience in big pharma/biotech; experience in a “start-up” biopharma company is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of QC and GLP principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards.

**Job Type**: 100%

**Salary**: CHF100,000.00 - CHF120,000.00 per year
