**What You Will Do**:

- gain 18 months of insight into our infrastructure in the world of securities trading and settlement, financial information and banking services
- let a mentor guide you through the intensive program and benefit from his extensive experience
- learn to explain complex matters in an understandable way for different target groups and channels - on
- and offline
- extend and deepen your knowledge through internal and external on
- and off-the-job trainings tailored to your individual needs
- benefit from your first experiences abroad in Madrid or Warsaw and build relationships across the company through multiple placements

**What You Bring**:

- completed (or to be completed this summer) Bachelor’s or Master's degree in International Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics (or similar) at a university or university of applied sciences
- open, interested and outgoing personality with a high sense of responsibility and elaborated communication skills
- systematic approach and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
- ability to solve problems in a team and autonomously
- first relevant work experience (an internship in consulting or business development is a plus)
- very good written and verbal English; German and/or Spanish is a big plus
