**Requirements**:

- Du verantwortest den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Smart Mobility Produkte und sorgst für die erfolgreiche Positionierung im Markt
- Entwicklung von Produktstrategien und Marketingplänen sowie langfristigen Vertriebsstrategien für unsere Lösungen
- Du steuerst Produkt-Releases, überwachst die Zielerreichung und setzt die entsprechenden Pläne um
- Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung neuer Trends und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Du koordinierst zwischen Produktmanagement, Marketing und Vertrieb und vertrittst das Produkt nach aussen, z.B. auf Messen, Kongressen und in Webinaren
- Unterstützung des Produktentwicklung durch Marktfeedback und enge Zusammenarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Produkte
- Pflege des CRM-Systems und enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams

- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Software-Produktmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bereich Mobilität oder ÖPNV
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen im B2B-Umfeld und im Schweizer IT-Markt
- Ein Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
- Hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, innovativen Technologien und künstlicher Intelligenz
- Starkes Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, Roadmapping und in der Analyse von Business Cases mit
- Freude an der Akquise von Neukunden sowie an der Erschliessung neuer Marktsegmente
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen in der DACH-Region
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
