**Was Sie bewegen**:

- Medizinische Leitung: Prüfung und Koordinierung der Tätigkeiten von WePractice zur Gewährleistung der therapeutischen Qualität all unserer Produkte und Aktivitäten
Aufbau und Optimierung von Prozessen, Systemen und Produkten wie z.B. Triage, Qualitätssicherung und Überweisungen
Therapeutenfokus: Etablierung von Initiativen und Prozessen für unsere Mitglieder: z.B. im Bezug auf Supervisionen, Experten Talks und dem Anordnungsmodell
Klientenfokus: Klientenverständnis und Etablierung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, um den Klienten die beste Versorgung zu bieten
Positionierung von WePractice innerhalb des Ecosystems von Verbänden, Institutionen und Fachpersonen
Sicherstellung der Bundesrechtlichen Bestimmungen und Vorschriften im Bereich der Psychotherapie
Einbringung der Fachkompetenz in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Mitgliederbetreuung

**Was Sie mitbringen**:
**Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)**:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Psychologiestudium und eine Weiterbildung in Psychotherapie

**Du hast zehn oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung in einem therapeutischen Umfeld**:

Deine therapeutischen Kenntnisse sind auf dem höchsten Stand

**Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)**:
**Englisch (fliessend)**:

- Du hast schon Erfahrungen in der therapeutischen Leitung bei Organisationen oder Institutionen gesammelt
Du fühlst Dich in einem sich schnell änderndem Umfeld wohl und kannst Dich in einem unternehmerischen Umfeld gut entfalten
Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und kannst Dich gut in Englisch verständigen
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
