Recruitment Assistant

Location: Zurich / remote / part-time, hourly contract

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Virtual Assistant to join our digital consultancy with headquarters in Zurich. As part of a team you will assist with all aspects of the recruitment cycle and play an integral role to help what. grow. If you already have some experience in recruiting, even betterYou are a born organiser, juggling different tasks and communication is your passion and you speak and write both English and German fluently. You will get to know our various teams and their recruitment needs quickly, so ideally you are quick to learn, digitally savvy and not afraid of getting your hands dirty and taking on new tasks, even if these are outside of your comfort zone.

Tasks
- Prepare and post job ads online and coordinating with the hiring managers
- Manage our entire recruitment process

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of remote work experience as a bi-lingual Virtual Assistant
- Ability to work independently and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Solution oriented approach to problem solving
- Language skills: German and English (C1 or higher)

Nice to have
- Experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role, ideally in IT or Marketing
