**Your tasks**:

- **Launches & Campaigns**: You are responsible to plan and set up funnels and promotional campaigns for Entry and Advanced level courses as well as the Energy Medicine Training on the English Four Winds channel.
- **Online Summit**: As a Co-lead the Earthkeepers Summit project you’ll engage with speakers, setting up schedules, planning the Summit Funnel, Marketing campaign, and following up results and key stats in a debrief meeting.
- **Sales and KPIs**: Support management in keeping track of sales and important performance numbers.
- **Market research**: You are looking for new marketing ideas and tech tools, research what's popular and bring in new ideas.
- **Work with IT Team**: Be the bridge between our visions and the technical implementations, assisting with tech changes or updates we need.
- **Team Meetings**: Assisting management in guiding team meetings. Take the lead in the bi-monthly Kaizen innovation sessions, ensuring that agreed-upon initiatives are effectively implemented.
- **Grow Our Network**: Scout and collaborate with potential affiliate partners and influencers to help promote our products.

**Your profile**:

- You have a strong affinity for communication and ideally have professional experience in online marketing or sales.
- As a team player fluent in both English and German, you'll effortlessly integrate with our global project teams and our primary student communities in the English-speaking markets.
- You're characterized by a high level of commitment, and you thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to changes with ease.
- You enjoy routine tasks and gladly take responsibility for your area of work.
- You have a quick grasp, a high internet and digital affinity, and are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Topics like personal development and spirituality appeal to you or pique your interest.
- No experience but talent in the mentioned areas? We are also open to newcomers with the right mindset.
