**Your Team**
- Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.

**Your Mission**
- As a Frontify Researcher, you will have personal responsibility for the end-to-end research process, playing a critical role in enhancing the user experience of our product. Your key responsibilities include initiating and conducting tactical, fast, and practical UX research, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods, across various product teams. This will be a hands-on role, encompassing tasks such as data collection, synthesis, and analysis, as well as the delivery of research findings and actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will manage participant recruitment for research studies with the help of other researchers. Your primary goal is to gain deep insights into our customers' needs, identify potential gaps in our current solutions, and effectively communicate these insights to our product teams and leadership.

**Your Story**:

- You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in a mixed-method UX researcher, design researcher, or digital product researcher role.
- You have a background in human behavior-related fields like HCI, Experimental Psychology, and Sociology.
- You have previous experience conducting research on SaaS Products.
- You possess strong project management skills, including setting timelines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- You are proficient in qualitative methods as well as quantitative, behavioural analysis methods.
- You have a deep understanding of data analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights from research data to inform design decisions.
- You are a collaborative team player who can effectively work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into tangible improvements.
- You are comfortable interacting and interviewing people you don't know.
- You have experience in conducting user research remotely and working effectively in a virtual environment.
- You love brainstorming, conducting workshops, and engaging your audience with excellent presentations.
- You're a collaborator who loves to challenge new ideas/practices and have your ideas/techniques challenged.
- You speak English fluently and can present your ideas clearly and concisely.
